Diego Plasencia

Diego S. Plasencia is an experienced, knowledgeable, and aggressive Workers’ Compensation Hearing Representative. He has been representing injured workers for twenty-nine years. He has a passion for Workers’ Compensation and is an advocate for the injured worker. He fights to obtain maximum results for his clients. Mr. Plasencia earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Whittier College. He continues his education by attending conventions provided by the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, and has done so yearly since 1995.

Mr. Plasencia has successfully argued countless cases before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. He is experienced at all levels of litigation, including hearings, trials, depositions, and arbitrations.

When he is not diligently fighting for the rights of his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and friends.
